Extra Dry White
A crystal clear, light-bodied, silky rum that blends well with juices, colas, soda and tonic water. It's perfect for mixed drinks. Winner of 10 International Awards including the Platinum Award & Gold Medal, at the International Rum Festival in 2003. Palate: A soft, round entry leads to a smooth, dryish medium-bodied palate with vanilla, coconut, and a dash of bourbon barrel spiciness. Finishes with a long fade of dry sugar cane and toasty vanilla.

Gold
A golden-amber, medium-bodied rum with a vanilla bouquet. The 4 Year-Old Flor de Caña Gold is excellent with soda and colas, and a perfect match for punches and light cocktails. The 4 Year Gold won Best in Class at the 2005 International Wine & Spirits Competition in London. Palate: A soft entry leads to a round, dry, medium-bodied palate with caramel, sugar cane, and peppery spice flavors. Finishes with a dash of toasted coconut shavings and pepper. Very clean and pure.

5 Year-Old
Black Label
Toasted amber, full-bodied and smooth as silk. Enjoyed in traditional cocktails, or mixed with cola, this rum is a superb choice. Winner of 12 International medals. Palate: Pure amber hue with faint aromas of butter, nuts, and caramel. Soft entry leads to a dry medium-bodied palate with brown sugar, orange peel, butterscotch, and pepper. Finishes with a spicy fade of exotic peppercorns and toffee.

Grand Reserve
This mahogany hued, extra-smooth and full-bodied rum is best served on-the-rocks, with a splash of cola, soda or water. The Grand Reserve also makes a truly Grand Mojito. It comes highly recommended by F. Paul Pacult, of Kindred Spirits. Palate: A round entry leads to medium-bodied palate of dark caramel and toasted nuts. Finishes with a dry toasted coconut fade.

12 Year-Old
Centenario
This reddish amber rum is stately and elegant, semi-sweet. Try it neat, on-the-rocks or with a splash of water or soda. Rated 90-95 and highly recommended by Wine Enthusiast in 2004, the winner of 13 International Awards, the 12 Year Centenario is history in the making. Palate: Stately and semisweet; nougat, almond butter, molasses and sherry abound. Finishes with a peppery spice, dark caramel, and charred oak fade.

This dark mahogany blend of 15 year-old rums was rated one of the Top 10 Spirits in the world by F. Paul Pacult, of the Spirit Journal. "This distillery has always produced excellent quality rums, but Centenario 21 is in another league, in a completely different universe."
