Welcome to Spain! In this third episode, Camilo uses Flor de Caña 12-Year to prepare a Flor Collins and a deliciously-refreshing Flor Mediterraneo, inspired by Spain’s beautiful Mediterranean coast.
FLOR COLLINS:
Preparation Method:
Pour 0.5 oz. of lemon lime juice in a clay cup, add a tablespoon of sugar and mix with a spoon to dissolve the sugar. Pour 1.5 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year and add some ice. Mix with a spoon, top with premium sparkling water and decorate with a Maraschino cherry.
FLOR MEDITERRANEO:
Preparation Method:
In a shaker, add 1 oz. rosemary honey, 1 oz. of Murcia lemon lime juice, and 2 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour the liquid into the coupe glass using a strainer. Decorate with a fresh sprig of Rosemary and enjoy!
