EPISODE 4: FLOR MANHATTAN & PARISIAN FLOR COLADA

Bienvenue à Paris! In this fourth episode, Robin prepares a Flor Manhattan, a classic cocktail made with Flor de Caña 12-Year. His second creation is a Tiki cocktail with a French twist called the Parisian Flor Colada. Enjoy!

FLOR MANHATTAN:

  • 2 oz. Flor de Caña 12-Year
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of aromatic bitter

Preparation Method:

In a mixing glass, place enough ice cubes to fill it up to the top. Pour 2 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year, 1 oz. of Sweet Vermouth and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters. Mix the ingredients with a cocktail spoon and serve the cocktail into a coupe glass using a strainer. Enjoy!

PARISIAN FLOR COLADA:

  • 1.5 oz. Flor de Caña 12-Year
  • 1 oz. of Organic Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. of Coconut Syrup
  • 2 dashes of Absinthe
  • Sprig of Mint
  • Coconut Shaving

Preparation Method:

In a shaker, pour 1.5 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year, 1 oz. of Organic Pineapple Juice, 1 oz. of Coconut Syrup and a couple of ice cubes. Share vigorously. Now add 2 dashes of Absinthe. Pour the cocktail into a Tiki glass using a strainer. Decorate with a coconut shaving and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
