Welcome to Peru! In this fifth episode, Karen shows us her cocktail-making skills with a delicious Spresso Martini and a Peru-inspired cocktail, the Flor Miski, made with 100% natural ingredients. Salud!

SPRESSO MARTINI:

  • 1.5 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year
  • 0.5 oz. of Flor de Caña Spresso
  • 1 oz. of Espresso Coffee
  • 3 Coffee Beans

Preparation Method:

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Using a strainer, pour the cocktail into a previously chilled Martini glass. Decorate with 3 coffee beans and enjoy!

FLOR MISKY:

  • 2 oz. of Flor de Caña 12-Year
  • 2 oz. of Natural Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz. of Passion Fruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz. of Toasted Andean Corn Syrup
  • Pineapple Stem
  • Organic Mint

Preparation Method:

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Using a strainer, serve in a glass filled with ice cubes. Decorate with a Pineapple Stem and Organic Mint. Enjoy!
